I looked up plans for some swift tower that maybe we could put up on a piece of woodland we have (I don't know the area would even be suitable) but when costs were worked up, I couldn't come close to affording it. I have no idea how one would clean it unless it was dismantable in sections. I would expect the birds left before the furnaces were turned on in the old factories and churches.
