Compare = that to the situation 10 years ago. That's due to a Trap, Neuter = Release program..run entirely by volunteers who saw a problem and did = something about it. In the last two years, there have been no kittens = born at the few remaining colonies. Due to the efforts of volunteers, = the feral cats have been humanely cared for, and the birds can expend = their energies fighting for survival against the real threat: Human's = destroying their habitat.
