This morning's Warbler Walk at Jerry Lawrence Provincial Park was a great success. The weather was impeccable, the company grand and the birds cooperative, mostly. The Canada Warbler remains on territory and although most of us heard it sing it never ventured out of its woodland home to be seen. This bird is a Canadian Citizen, born and bred here, and our responsibility. We must work together to protect its remaining habitat so our future generations can come and visit this place and also search out and find this bird as we did today.

But,........the highlight of the day was a life experience for each and every one of us, the witnessing of the emergence of a Luna Moth in the wild. I've attached four photos of this event.

I have many other photos to edit.
