Robin Anthony of 532 Brooklyn Shore Road saw a Reddish Egret tonight =
between 6 and 7. She alerted Peter Davies immediately after identifying =
it and he and I just got back from watching it for about half an hour =
(7:15-7:45). I took some pictures through my scope and so did Robin. We =
watched it fly from the shore to a rock where it soon was harassed by =
two gulls so took off. It flew westerly towards Liverpool but we did not =
see where it landed. I'll check the area out tomorrow AM. Robin has =
welcomed any birder to her property. We viewed the bird from the first =
parking area after you drive about 200 meters into her driveway.
