Wolfville Ridge

While eating breakfast this morning, Gordon was surprised by the sight of a
GREY squirrel running over our back lawn, and drew my attention to this
alien(?) wanderer. The Grey then moved over to where our bird feeders hang
from the clothesline, seeking fallen seed and bits of suet. The resident
red squirrels fled (don't blame them when one compares the size difference)
and the Crows were VERY disturbed by its presence (they probably have a nest
near by) and have chased it back into the woods. With potential food around
I doubt it is the last we have seen of this intruder...sigh.

Cheers,
Judy Tufts
