I must have  just missed Ulli, as I had seen the Tern by the garage =
around 6:30 p.m. and it disappeared maybe 5 minutes later. I wasn't =
aware of the Pied-billed Grebe in the neighborhood. Good to know.
Here's another pic of the Tern. Even though I seem to, of late, almost =
see one for a few days every year (spring usually) , I always seem to be =
battling poor light or distance when trying to photograph one. This time =
it was close, but backlit more than I would like in overcast conditions:
