Hi Andy;
I have to go up to Acadia tomorrow, so there won't be anyone home. =
Someone should be here all day Tuesday though...you are welcome to come =
then. I'll let you know Tuesday a.m if they are still around. Frankly =
I'm amazed that they have stuck around here so long..... in the past =
when we have one it has been a very short stop over. These guys seem to =
be hanging around the feeder pretty much all day...and don't seem to be =
the least intimidated by any of the larger birds. ..... I have an even =
blurrier picture of two of the sitting right beside a pigeon!!! There =
are lots of bushes around that they quickly retreat to when anything =
spooks them. They especially like the two old Christmas trees that I =
have propped up near the feeder.

Cheers

Jon
Oh, almost forgot the directions! If you come down route 1 from =
Bridgetown to Annapolis and take the turning out to the Habitation at =
Port Royal. We are right in the centre of Granville Ferry at # 5361. It =
almost directly across from the Granville Ferry Community Hall; the =
second house on the right past Lettney Lane .... there is a sharp turn =
and a 50Km/Hr sign at the bottom of our garden. House is set well back =
from the road....so you don't see it until you are level with it...white =
house with three gables.... and probably a lady (Millie) on her hands =
and knees in the flower beds!!!!

The four male indigo buntings are still hanging around the feeder =
here in Granville Ferry (they seem to be keen on something in the Valley =
Blend birdseed mix!). This morning I finally managed to get a picture of =
all four in the same frame..... the male and female cardinal were an =
added bonus!!!! I have posted the picture at:
    http://www.bofep.org/photos.htm . It's pretty blurry shot because =
it's taken hand held at high digital zoom, but at least the birds are =
distinguishable. It's been a real spring treat to have them around.
