I birded the South Shore today but didn't see any of my target birds. 
However, I did see:

A female Rose-breasted Grosbeak down the road from the Morrisons in Broad 
Cove.

A male Bobolink in Beach Meadows

A solitary Tree Swallow in Liverpool

Lots of Great Blue Herons
