All: Marie Reid of Eastern Passage, HRM, found a GREAT EGRET today on The Cow Bay saltmarsh (behind ehind Silver Sands Beach) and sent a distant, but diagnostic photo. I don't think it had been reported there earlier this spring, although they've been turning up elsewhere. Cheers, Ian McLaren
