Hi All

My son Alexander sprinted off the buss this afternoon eager to report a =
Great Egret he saw while coming home on the bus.

We took a drive out to the Hazel Hill Fire Dept. to take a look at the =
bird and confirm it's ID. As expected he was right. This bird is very =
very shy and probably had only arrived at the pond just before Alexander =
spied it. I passed by that location ~15 min before the buss and it =
wasn't there then. It had retreated into the Rodora and Laurles (sp) =
before we arived and quickly spooked and flew off. I quickly relocated =
it (creatchers of habit) and left it settle in for the afternoon/night.
