Jim, Brad Sweet called my home on the 14th and told my daughter that=20=

he had a Snowy Owl in his back yard on Starr's Point Rd. I only assumed=20=

when I got the message that he was teasing me because he was unable to=20=

come on the bird count. Today I was talking with him and he assured me=20=

that he did have a Snowy Owl land on his wooden swing set in the=20
backyard at about 9:30 in the morning. It stayed for some time and he=20=

was extremely excited to watch it as it was mobbed by eight crows. Is=20
this the same owl as seen in North Grand Pre or are there two Snowy=20
Owls in this area? His home is in area 11 just next to the area we=20
surveyed.

I=A0 just found out from Wendy Elliott that her husband Steve Slipp saw
the SNOWY OWL yesterday at north Grand Pre (and Andrew Steeves showed
him where to look).

Cheers from Jim
