I managed to escape over to Morden on the Bay of Fundy for an hour today but
had no choice of time, tide or anything else. It was 2pm, grey, windy, wet
and high tide. Generally poor conditions! The only good thing was the strong
winds from the south beat down the large waves close to shore and gave you
somewhere to look between the rain showers. The only way I could use a scope
was to literally hold it down with one hand.

8 Long-tailed Ducks
2 Common Lon
2 Red Throated Loons
42 Surf Scoters
19 White Winged Scoters
1 mature Bald Eagle

Lots of indistinguishable blobs on grey, heaving waters and others flying
rapidly by.
