Annual General Meeting 2. My Adventure into Aperture Fever by Tim Donovan =93My presentation will be on the adventure that started when I decided =20= to build a 12.5 inch Dobsonian telescope and the learning/construction =20= adventure that followed. I will also discuss the decision to build an =20= observatory to house the scope and describe the construction of a 10 =20 foot Dome. I am originally from Glace Bay, and now reside in Middle River, Cape =20 Breton. I=92m married with two boys, 15 and 12. I have worked the last =20= 20 years in the marine industry and currently work at the Cape Breton =20= Boat Yard in Baddeck specializing in engines and electronics. I also =20 do data base programming for various companies. I enjoy sailing, =20 downhill and cross country skiing, Scout leadership, and soccer =20 coaching.
