Hi all
I had a call today from a lady on Carleton St., New Glasgow (in vicinity of Porter's Funeral home) who said she had 5 ORIOLES in her yard Tues. Nov. 25. They were not seen today. I hope the nearness to the funeral home does not portent their life expectancy!
She also mentions the presence of a RED-BELLIED WOODPECKER. This is likely the same bird seen earlier on N. Albert St. which is not far away.
cheers
Ken
