Hi All:

It was a great day for feeder-watching here in Springhill. The feeders were
extremely busy today after receiving about 15-20cms of snow. I don't like
all that snow but I like all the birds it brings to the feeders! The newest
addition to our yard list arrived today - an AMERICAN TREE SPARROW. No sign
of the Towhee. Here is our yard list for the day:

AMERICAN TREE SPARROW (1)
AMERICAN GOLDFINCHES (20+)
RED-BELLIED WOODPECKER (1)
DOWNY WOODPECKER (1)
HAIRY WOODPECKER (2 -M&F)
ROSE-BREASTED GROSBEAK (1F)
EVENING GROSBEAKS (10+)
EUROPEAN STARLING (5-8)
ROCK PIGEON (8-10)
 MOURNING DOVES (9)
 DARK-EYED JUNCOS (2)
BLUE JAYS (5+)
BLACK-CAPPED CHICKADEES (5)
AMERICAN CROW (1)

Here are some photos from the feeders today:
