Hi there, I spent the weekend in Margaretsville, Annapolis County. I will send a fuller report perhaps later, but the most striking sighting was while driving home tonight. On Hwy 221, near North Kingston, I saw a BAT in my headlights as it flew across the road. I had my high beams on at the time (alert for deer), otherwise I don't think I would have seen it. This was at about 8 p.m. It appeared silvery, but this may have been the effect of the lights. Cheers, Patricia L. Chalmers Halifax
