Man-made pond at the entrance to Yogi Bear Camp Ground:
1 Great Blue Heron
221 enroute to Spa Springs:
1Red-tailed Hawk
Phinney's Pond- Victoriavale:
38 Canada Geese=2C 30 Mallards
Port George-Cottage Cove:
Low tide=2C calm=2C overcast=2C good visibility
9 Harlequins=2C 1 male=2C colourful individual perhaps a moulting=2C male=
=3B 8 others were either non-breeding males or females
100+ White-wing Scoters=2C 2 Surf Scoters=2C The scoters were along the sho=
re from Port George to beyond the wharf at Cottage Cove=2C  1 Red-throated =
Loon=2C 2 Common Eider=2C 200+Herring Gulls=2C 2 GBB=2C  no seals
We flushed 2 large flocks of Dark-eyed Juncos=2C and saw large flocks of E.=
 Starlings on Delusion Rd.
At every stop we saw or heard White and Red-breasted Nuthatches=2C BC Chick=
adees=2C Song Sparrows=2C A. Goldfinch=2C A. Robins=2C A. Crows
Today=2C  low ambient noise everywhere enhanced sighting opportunities. Bar=
bara's hearing is superior=2C I see more clearly now=2C what a team!
