Saturday, October 4, 2008 =96 Cloud Lake Wilderness Area Canoe Trip =96 =20=

Patrick Kelly (902 798=963329) will lead a canoe trip in the Cloud Lake =20=

Wilderness Area. This should be a great time of year to see the autumn =20=

colours reflected in the water. For a change of pace, we will be =20
canoeing in Frog Lake this time, without the need for a portage! This =20=

should give us a chance to explore some of the southern bays that we =20
have not had time for on previous trips. You can also now see =20
high-resolution pictures of the Cloud Lake=96Frog Lake area on Google =20=

Maps, although there is hazy cloud over the area.
Bring a hearty lunch, water, drinks, etc. and, of course, life jackets, =20=

canoe, and paddles. If you have access to a life jacket but not a canoe =20=

there will likely be extra room in one of the canoes. Check with the =20
leader to be sure. Meet at 9:00 a.m. at the parking lot of Avery=92s =20
Market on Highway 1 in South Berwick (about a 30 minute drive from =20
Wolfville). Rain date will be Sunday, October 5th, same starting time =20=

and location. Everyone is welcome.
