Index of Subjects Hi, There have been 3 Pileated woodpeckers hanging around my house the past couple of days. I've noticed them in back of the house as well as visiting the telephone poles out front. There is also a family of Merlin's across the road. They have been making a racket for a while now. The Barn Swallows really harass them when they come near by. There has also been a Broad Wing Hawk hanging around my house. It usually hangs around out back along the edge of the bog. I can't see it, but the robins and bluejays let me know it's around. We still have a couple of hummingbirds hanging around. Paul Quinan, NS
