It was calm, the overhead sky was clear but dark clouds rimmed the = horizon, temperature at 18 C. Sunset was predicaed at 20:28. I arrived = at 20:20 and watched until 21:10. At 20:57 a single chimney swift = appeared, made one and a half circles of the chimney, fluttered down to = 3 metres above the chimney and then flew off and did not return. No = other swifts were seen.
