The Hudsonian Godwits are still at Lawrencetown Lake, on the trail =
between Lawrencetown Beach and Conrad road. At 16:00 today they were =
located near a small "island" of sand on the north side of the trail =
near the bridge . I counted 4 for sure and I think there was a 5th one =
sleeping in a small flock of dowitchers on the "island" shore. There =
were also a number of yellowlegs and a few willets as well as a couple I =
of sandpipers could not identify due to the prevailing fog and distance. =
There were also 10 - 15 common terns at the same location.

At the entrance to the trail at the beach end, there is a small swampy =
area that contained several lesser yellowlegs and a few willets. Of note =
was one baby willet.

Pictures of these birds can be seen at the link below.
