This could be a pale form of the Tarnished Plant Bug, Lygus 
lineolaris, Angus. Eaton & Kaufman, pp. 112, say it's "highly 
variable in color and markings, is abundant throughout eastern and 
central regions. An ivory "V" mark on the scuttellum helps identify 
the genus." Hope this helps...
