Greetings, all.

The Tricolored Heron was still at the marsh behind Lawrencetown Beach, HRM at about 3:30 p.m. Sunday. It was feeding along the side of the marsh closest to the highway, very easy to find and watch.

In Three Fathom Harbour, a Gray Catbird has been singing for the past week alolng the lane to my cottage (the 4th year in a row in this location), and Gadwall are regular at Shorebird Cove. Also, I saw an adult Black-headed Gull at Shorebird Cove on Sunday, which I found surprisingly late.

Cheers,
Susann Myers
