All: Just returned from a walk - not much else - around Hartlen Point, HRM. I was suprised and pleased to see that DND has concrete-blocked all three car-passable trails leading to the harbourside beach, with signs saying "No Dumping." Birders will be content to "do" the beach by walking in through the southernmost entrance, but more dumping and terrain destruction by vehicles will be thwarted. Cheers, Ian McLaren
