This morning is much more quiet so many of the birds probably had a good
rest and feed and moved on last night, though some still remain.

Estimates and counts for what I counted last evening after coming home from
offshore...

100's of Savannah sparrows in every yard in the village,

14 white throated sparrow

2 White crowned sparrow

100+ yellow rumped warblers in every tree very busy feeding

6 Nashville Warblers

2 Northern Parula

4 B&W Warblers

18 Yellow warblers

1 Black throated Blue

14 Palm warbler

1 Blackpoll

2 Am Redstart

6 Black throated Green warblers

2 Blue headed Vireos

1 Philadelphia Vireo

2 Red eyed Vireo

dozens of Tree swallows

4 Ruby throated hummingbirds

2 male rose breasted grosbeaks

12 Evening grosbeaks

12 Ruby Crowned Kinglets

14 Purple finches

12 Goldfinches

2 yellow bellied sapsuckers

10 flickers

I have probably missed something, but you get some idea of what occurred. I
am sure many of these birds are headed your way!

Carl
