The monthly meeting of the Blomidon Naturalists Society will be held =20

Irving Environmental Science Centre. The featured topic will be Nature =20=

and Astronomy in Ireland by Patrick Kelly.=A0 The natural history of =20
Ireland is much more varied than one would expect for such a small =20
location.=A0 There is a lot to see on the Emerald Isle, both natural and =

man-made.=A0 In addition to natural history on the ground, two locations =

have significant astronomical associations. Come and see some aspects =20=

of natural history that most would not associate with Ireland.=A0

Patrick Kelly has a background in astronomy and computer science.=A0 He =20=

is the director of faculty computing in the Faculty of Architecture and =20=

Planning at Dalhousie University and is the editor of the  Observer's =20=

Handbook of the Royal Astronomical Society of Canada.
