Not a seed bug but an Alderfly (Sialis sp.) in the Order Megaloptera  
(Alderflies and Dobsonflies). Note the transparent wings and the many- 
segmented antennae.

This is a juvenile stink bug (Pentatomidae). Beetles (with the

abdomen covered by an elytra. Also beetles typically have 11 segmented  
antennae. In some instances this number is reduced to 9, or vary  
occasionally less, but they do not have 4- or 5-segmented antennae  
like many bugs do.
