Thank goodness the sun is here!!

I came home from the gym in my shorts, took my socks and shoes off (
not necessarily in that order ) and walked barefoot around the yard.

In my new to me house ( as of December ), I planted crocus bulbs in
the yard one warmish day in late December. The first of many
projects to build my gardens up to what I'm used to at my old house.
So I was walking around the yard looking for the rest of the crocus.
I had a large drift come up about two weekends ago, they're fading
now. But I knew I planted many, many more. So everytime I find a
"patch" I've been jamming a big stick in the ground to mark the spot.

While on my daily perusal of the yard "crocus hunting" I heard the
first spring peeper.

I'm not sure what I'm most excited about........ finding the
crocuses..... not having to layer up when leaving the gym..or hearing
the peeper.

All great signs of spring. Which means summer ain't far behind!!!!!!!!!
