(1) Have seen and heard sapsuckers mewing about the trees behind our =
place near Yarmouth, the past couple of days.

(2) At 6:30 this morning, I heard what sounded like a nighthawk calling. =
 Couldn't be, eh?  Temperature was about -4 degrees C, and the source of =
the call was more horizontal than vertical.  Does anything else sound =
like a nighthawk??
