after speaking with Fulton for the first time in a week,he filled me in on =
a few birds he has seen in the past week or so.Friday March 14th he seen th=
e white-winged dove on Cherry St. and 10 hoary redpolls in a small flock of=
 commons in the south end of Halifax.I spent the weekend in Hantsport,birds=
 of note were;Grand Pre had 1 common grackle at the house across from the h=
istorical building,on the dykes was a mixed flock of horned larks,lapland l=
ongspurs,and snow buntings.at the house I stayed in which I am sorry that I=
 can not mention for private property reasons was an american woodcock,a no=
rthern shrike,200+common redpolls and at least 1 hoary redpoll,red crossbil=
ls,white-winged crossbills,evening grosbeaks,pine grosbeaks,bohemian waxwin=
gs,american tree sparrows,northern flickers,barred owls and at least 1 nort=
hern saw-whet owl.
