March 21, 2008.   Very gusty, chilly=20

Birds worth mentioning... Red breasted mergansers, black guillemots, and =
common eiders were  everywhere.  No sign of any murre or dovekie. =20

Hartlen Point

1 Black headed gull - full hooded!
25 + Iceland Gulls
3 Glaucous Gulls, one of them adult
1 Northern Harrier - Devil Island
30 + Ring billed gulls
no sign of Ipswich Savannah sparrows, but they may have hunkered down =
due to strong winds

Eastern Passage pond

Northern Pintail - 1male, 1 female  (my first ones for 2008)

Off Eastern Passage

5 White winged scoters

Dartmouth Cove

10 + Iceland Gulls
