The first time I tried I got an error message as well, which told me I had 
to enable the "Active X" control on internet explorer.  I did this, and it 
worked fine after that.  If you are using internet explorer, go to the help 
section, type in Active X, and it will give you instructions on how to 
enable this function.  I have no idea what Active X is, but there were some 
warnings about the use of this mechanism, so after viewing the Eagle cam, I 
went back into Internet explorer and disabled it.
