It has since created other =20= lists to help members grow their observing skills. The Finest NGC, =20 Explore the Universe, and the Isabel Williamson Lunar program. The talk =20= will review each of the programs, requirements, highlights and rewards =20= with the hope of encouraging many observers to observe and record their =20= observations of the many fine objects these programs have to offer. Paul Gray is the President of the New Brunswick Centre and Chair of the =20= RASC Observing Committee. John Jarvo is a member of the Halifax Centre =20= and is an advisor to the Nova East Committee and for this presentation =20= will be providing insight into the Isabelle Williamson Lunar program.
