Hi there, I was home sick most of last week, but walking to work in the sunshine yesterday morning (Monday) for the first time in a week I noticed a change - there were birds singing. A Song Sparrow was in song along my route in central/south end Halifax, and two different House Finches were singing. I've heard the occasional bird tuning up in recent weeks, but these were in full song. That was even better than finding it still daylight when it was time to walk home!
