While out walking my dog this morning, I came across something that I =
initially thought might be scat. It's not uncommon to find Coyote scat =
along the trail through he woods. But the dog paid no attention to it. =
Normally he would "mark" it. It was full of fur, possible from a hare, =
with small bones sticking out. Total length was about 9 cm. Quite an =
irregular shape.
I found it in a clearing. No trees around, so I thought it wasn't an =
obvious place where an owl might have regurgitated something. =20
I took a photo, if anyone would like to take a crack at identifying it. =
I don't have a website that I can post it to, but if you contact me, =
I'll send a photo. (It will be medium resolution, because I have to =
reduce the file size to send photos on our dial up connection).
