I finally got good looks at the Carolina Wren at 23 Pleasant St., Kentville
today, and some pictures. The bird is coming to their bird pie feeder, and
best seen from in the house. The owners are very "birder friendly" and don't
mind inviting people in. He also showed me a picture he took a week or so
ago of a Hoary Redpoll at his feeder. There were Pine Siskins there today.
It was an odd feeling for me, as that was our 1st house in Kentville 25
years ago - where our boys had their nurseries etc.

No Mockingbird here today, but the pair of Cardinals is pretty much in
evidence.
