White-crowned. Just before that I popped into the Port Williams sewage plant, and there was a F.Barrow's Goldeneye - rather dark head, but a very bright extensively yellow bill, an= d typical head shape. On arriving home there was an imm. N.Shrike sitting in one of our trees, and posing for photos - also quite vocal, giving squawkin= g cries.
