Friday, Dec. 14, 8:30ish AM. I have counted 73 Bohemian Waxwings that are presently roosting up in my next door neighbors tree. Another neighbor told me that they stayed up in that tree all night. Pretty, pretty birds with that vivid yellow strip on the tail feathers and the white, black and red wing tips.

  Cheers!

As I write, & very close to my window, (Thursday, 10:15 AM) there is a very large flock of Bohemian Waxwings merrily feeding away at the berries on my wild rose bushes. What a gorgeous sight on this bright sunny morning!!
Northern Flicker also visiting my suet feeders too.

A large flock of approx. 75 Bohemian Waxwings flew over the house this
afternoon when I was out filling the feeders. Had an Am. Tree Sparrow
this morning again, and we see a few Comm. Redpolls every day now.
