Index of Subjects
Index of Subjects I observed a small flock of pine grosbeaks (2 males & 5 females) feeding on Canada holly berries, ilex verticillata, this afternoon. They were very unconcerned and I was close enough to touch several of them. Unfortunately no camera on hand! Both genders were very colourful, exactly like the Sibley images. A pair of brown creepers regularly visit my oak trees and give them a good going over. Ken MacAulay Port Mouton, NS
