A few years back a Turkey Vulture was apparently blown off course from a
hurricane and ended up in Avonport. It was HUGE! I assume it found its
way back to where it was supposed to go.

The Black Vulture has been relocated at the NW end of Canso. In the
Rocky Road area. I put out 75-80 lbs of meat scraps again today. The
bird was roosted about 1/2 km up the road from the feeding station I'm
trying to set up for it. It took flight and circled me a couple times
but never headed to the food with the crows and gulls. It's a miserable
looking bird in the rain. I can't help but feel sorry for it.
