Todays NSBS's "Metro Hot Spot Birding" went today in less than ideal =
conditions. Cold, intermittent blowing snow and high winds made for =
difficult birding at times.
Highlights included:
Sullivan's Pond - 3 Coots, 2 Eurasian Wigeon, 1 Gadwall
Brookdale Crescent - Orange Crowned Warbler, Yellow-throated Warbler, =
Black & White Warbler
Day Ave - Yellow-breasted Chat, 2 Cardinals
Clifford St - Yellow-breasted Chat
Dorothea Ave - Yellow-breasted Chat, 2 Cardinals
Bissett Lake - 3 Coots, 1 Pied-billed Grebe, 1 Ruddy Duck, G. & L. =
Scaup, RN Duck, Pine Warbler etc
Middle St - White-eyed Vireo
