Situated between Spryfield and Goodwood, it is one of the largest pieces of public recreational land close to the centre of Halifax. Join Peter Webster to explore a little of this under-appreciated urban park. We will hike a few of the scenic trails in the park, talk about its history, and discuss plans for its future. The trail will have some rough sections and some small up-and-down scrambles. It can also be wet depending on conditions; appropriate footwear will be necessary. Bring water and snacks. .
