Good morning again:

I forgot to mention that we had an Ipswich Savanna Sparrow on Sun (29th),
Van and others saw it from our kitchen window. Just as I was typing my last
message, I heard a flock of Evening Grosbeaks out in the Maple trees. They
didn't stay long enough for me to get a good count, but estimate that there
were at least 25 or more. There are large numbers of gold finches and now
Purple finches coming each day, as well as Jays, doves, chickadees, and a
few Juncos. On the 25th and 26th we had a large flock of robins, we
counted as high as 59 and didn't get them all. On the 27th we had a
Yellow-Bellied Sapsucker.

The Coopers Hawk that we had this morning put my yard list count to 79
species for the year and that was without seeing a couple of my usuals this
year. We has such a fantastic year that I hardly left home to go birding,
hope we have another great one next year because I'll be ready with a new
video camera!!

Happy Birding everyone
