My usual routine in September is trying to find any possible stragglers =
in the quandary of juvenile gulls at Sullivans Pond in Dartmouth. Last =
year I made an error in a juvenile Lesser Black-back I.D. , but today I =
feel more comfortable that the one I viewed today is the real deal, =
going by its light rump area, dark bill throughout, smaller overall size =
comparred to the Herring Gulls, no =20
'window ' in the primaries, and so on.
