There was an Osprey soaring over the highway near the Pubnico exit on
my way back from Barrington yesterday afternoon. There was an adult
Lesser Black-Backed Gull in Yarmouth Harbour at lunch. It was with a
small bunch of gulls sitting below the parking lot across from Tim
Horton's. It was smaller then the GBBG and had the yellow legs and
it's colour was more of a slate tone then black.

On my way into work this morning 2 swallow species flew across the
road in front of me. I couldn't tell what species and I couldn't stop
to look. :-(

Raymond d'Entremont showed me a photo of a nesting Hermit Thrush at
the end of August. It was taken by a camper at Ellenwood Provincial
Park.
