I thought you would be interested in learning more about this event and finding out how you can get involved. Participation means you’ll not only be taking part in one of Canada’s largest conservation initiatives, but you’ll also be making the shoreline habitat you chose cleaner and safer for the animals that live there. It’s easy, it’s fun, and it’s good for our environment. Getting involved is easy. Simply choose a shoreline you would like to clean (river, lake, creek pond, etc), select a cleanup date between September 15 – 23, and visit our website to register. Once you are registered, you will be sent a cleanup supply kit FREE of charge. This includes all of the supplies, resources, and information you will need for a fun and successful cleanup. To find out more, go to: http://www.vanaqua.org/cleanup See you on the shorelines! Sincerely, Aimee Pelletier _________________________________________________________________ Aimee Pelletier Candidate, Masters of Environmental Studies School for Resource and Environmental Studies Dalhousie University Kenneth C.
