Bonaparate's Gulls, and two Black headed Gulls. The tide was receding.
After 7:30 pm, a flock of Bonies flew up. No sign of Little Gull so I knew
I better check Conrad's beach and see if it is hiding there. Yes, it was
there!! The short/ small body, thin/ short bill, no black wing tips, etc
were field marks. It lacked the "boat" shape Bonaparate's and Black headed
Gulls show especially when they are in the water. At 7:49 pm, to be exact,
it took off and headed west. Hope it stays around for other birders to
see... A lifer it is!
