Hey All...

I think this all comes under "NatureNS" but if it doesn't my
apologies. Though it is very interesting.

One of my brothers is a shipping agent. The ship he was waiting for
was late as it was hanging out at Chebucto Head watching the Sharks!
Approxiamately 7 - twenty foot sharks! Now as I didn't see them
myself I can't confirm or deny. However, my other brother is coming
back from vacation on his sailboat and was off Prospect when he heard
over the radio: One of the fishermen had a human leg on board. Now
this radio transmission was being relayed from another boat farther
out. Apparently the leg came from a shark they had caught.
Questions were asked about it being male or female? Any clothing
remaining? Etc. The Coast Guard is on its way to pick up both the
shark and the leg.

What kind of shark? I don't know. Whether any of this is true... I
don't know. Fishermen may be casual on the radio talking to each
other, but not when speaking with the Coast Guard. Brothers can
certainly "pull the leg" of sisters... Ha-ha... But I don't think so
this time. It will be interesting to see if any of this is
substantiated in news reports.

On a lighter note I do believe my Merlins are leaving. I no longer
see them all together and the noise level is livable now.

Cheers,
Ann M.
Halifax
