Spot on: Calligrapha confluens Schaeffer (as per my earlier message).  
By the way, the reason it is called "confluens" is that the sutural  
and sub-sutural stripes on the elytra are "confluent" unlike some  
other species of Calligrapha in which these two stripes (along the  
seam between the two halves of the elytra, and the stripe that is  
just slightly more medial from the seam) remain separate, for  
instance in:

It's not a character sufficient to distinguish the species, however,  
since a number of Calligrapha species have these stripes confluent,  
for instance Calligrapha rowena:
