On Thursday, a certifiable Pacific Golden-Plover turned up and was stunningly
photo'd at Trepassey, SE Newfoundland.

It shows that all Golden-Plovers, and especially unseasonable ones like the
Trepassey bird, should be scrutinized closely and photo'd if there's any doubt.
